Scope & Pricing

This price covers residential properties up to 3,000 sqft total lot size with up to 4 garden beds.

Properties over 3,000 sqft or with extensive gardens: Our office calls you within 2 hours to confirm details. If your property exceeds the standard scope, we provide an adjusted price before any work begins. You approve or cancel for a full refund.

Scheduling: October 1 – November 30.

The Monster Standard: We confirm every service order within 2 hours. We tell you the price before work begins. We show up when we say we will. We take a photo when we're done. If you're not satisfied, we come back and fix it — no charge.
